Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have approved the return, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days to the same payment method you used for your order.
- Important: Sale items can not be refunded to the original payment method. They can only be returned for store credit.
- There are no restocking fees for returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:

- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and place a new order for the desired item.
